Caitlin Yates (She/Her) is an innovative menswear designer and the visionary founder behind C8Y8S, an independent fashion brand known for its bold use of print and textiles to convey personal narratives. With a fearless approach to pattern cutting and a penchant for tongue-in-cheek prints, Yates challenges societal norms and regulations through her distinctive designs.

Yates gained recognition with her debut collection, 'Cotswold Luvvies', which offers a provocative perspective on the assumed lifestyle and privilege associated with the Cotswolds, a renowned region in middle England. Graduating with First Class Honours from the University of Westminster's BA Fashion Design program in 2021, Yates embarked on a remarkable journey in the fashion industry.

Her remarkable talent and unique voice have garnered attention from prominent publications and collaborations. Her graduate collection has been prominently featured in Vogue Italia, Dazed, 10 Men Magazine, Schön Magazine, Wonderland, Gata Magazine, Hunger Magazine, and Notion. Yates also earned recognition from New Order of Fashion, showcasing her work at Dutch Design Week 2021 in Eindhoven. Furthermore, she secured victory in the prestigious ArtsThread x Gucci 'Global Design Graduate Show 2021' for Sports & Denim category.

Building on her accomplishments, Yates has gained valuable industry experience, working with esteemed fashion figures such as Nicholas Daley and Martine Rose in positions of graduate design assistant. Always striving for growth and pushing boundaries, she is currently pursuing a Fashion Masters degree at Central Saint Martins, with an expected graduation year of 2025.
